CEANNIS offers payment through different payment partners who ensure safe payment: Klarna, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express for debit- and credit card payments.
Klarna payments are made via credit or debit cards, or via bank account transfers. Customers within Swedish Market can also choose to pay by invoice via Klarna, and their service "Invoice - pay in 14 days". Kindly note a billing fee of SEK 29 is added according to Klarna's current terms. All payments are visible when you log into your Klarna account. All invoices are digital and are sent out via email by Klarna.
There are no extra charges for credit card payments.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When the order is handled by us you will receive a shipment confirmation, containing valid information. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email containing a waybill number to track its progress online.
CEANNIS offers Free Standard delivery on all domestic orders over 1000 SEK.
Please note that free shipping will automatically be applied to your order at checkout if you reach the order value.
If not we charge 49 SEK for domestic orders and 249 SEK for international orders.
The estimated delivery time is depending on the shipping country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

All orders are shipped with Postnord or DHL. DHL requires a signature upon delivery. DHL usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example your work address (recommended).
The delivery options depend on the type of delivery you select at checkout.
The package will either be delivered to the nearest delivery service point or directly in your postbox, depending on the size of the package and in which country you live in.
You have full return and replacement right within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided you have not used the goods and returned in undamaged condition.
Kindly note the handling return fee is 49 SEK (within Sweden) and outside of Sweden the return fee starts at 9 EUR.
All labels should remain on the goods. All goods returned must be packed in a bag or carton. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in an unchanged condition. The product should be packaged well, preferably in its original packaging with its inner packaging and include any accessories that came with the product. Transport damage due to insufficient packaging is charged to you as a customer.

It is possible to cancel your order by e-mail before the order is proceeded. However, if the order is already confirmed and shipped, you cannot cancel or change it. All returns, exchanges or claims must be registered within 14 days and all returns shall be sent to our warehouse, together with inital order number. This applies on all returns worldwide.
CEANNIS shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, normal within in 14 days but latest within 30 days. The return fee is 49 SEK (within Sweden) and outside of Sweden the return fee starts at 9 EUR.
Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used, all original labels and tags remain on the products as when you received them. Please note that any our stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return or an exchange, so please be careful when you receive your delivery.
When you buy a product from us from a non-EU country you effectively become an importer and become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as VAT payments, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we advise you to contact your local customs office.
